We specialise in Canon multi functional devices with fast response times. Our skilled technicians are helpful and friendly and do not work on a commission basis when attending service calls as other companies within our industry certainly do looking to pass additional chargeable service call costs outside of their contracts with clauses hidden within the small print of their contract.

Our repair process

We will explain the repair process as we go and keep you up to date regarding fitting of parts should they be required.

Parts & Consumable

Our Technicians carry extensive mobile stocks of Canon parts and consumables within their vehicles to minimise the need for a return visit and down time with your device.

Full service contracts

We offer fully inclusive service contracts to include all spare parts, toners and the services of an engineer when required should you be looking for this type of agreement.

Transparent Service

Calibre service contracts are easy to understand and written in plain English as we have nothing to hide we have always been very transparent with our customers.

Some customers with older equipment where perhaps their current supplier will no longer support the service or they may have purchased a second hand or inherited a device prefer a non contract service plan.

Calibre offer a single fixed price non contract service call which includes up to one hour on site and any spare parts that are required our technician will explain at the time of his visit along with the cost and make sure you are completely comfortable and understand the costings before completing the job.

Calibre can supply all Canon toners and consumables at competitive rates.
